It is ideal for those who want a compact oven for making real Neapolitan pizzas at high temperatures.

Thanks to Alfa’s patented deflector, heat gradually escapes from the flue and ensures exceptional performance. The mouth of the oven is designed to maximize the heat of the cooking chamber and to better rotate the pizza inside.

To bake in the oven, you only need small logs no more than 5 cm (2 inches) thick. With 2 kg (4.4 lbs) of firewood, you can really cook all evening long!

Always use the wood basket to avoid overloading the oven with pieces of wood and to better manage food on the floor.

The four firebricks on the oven floor are nearly 3 cm (1.2 inches) thick to absorb and gradually release heat and ensure flawless cooking.
