Enosign 65 Electric Plancha

The Enosign 65 Electrique is the advanced version of the Plancha Elektra 60. Made in Frnce, this modern plancha is a multifunctional appliance that can be used anywhere. It is easy to use and has precise temperature control. It is suitable for both home and restaurant. Due to the fact that its entire area is usable.

Due to its exceptional power, the cooking time is reduced dramatically. It has a radiant heater with high efficiency and a wide temperature range of 80 – 360°C. Heating to working temperature is fast and uniform.

To adjust the cooking temperature, everything is done via an LED screen, the first built-in ENO electric griddles. It is equipped with a residual heat indicator. For the temperature, a choice of 10 positions is offered. And for even greater autonomy, a programmer is available.
