The cooking surface of this innovative barbecue includes Napoleon’s iconic Wave grates, which are made of stainless steel. The 8.5 mm thick grates ensure even heat distribution and prevent smaller pieces of food from falling. The cooking surface is illuminated by two built-in lights for great night time visibility.

The two-stage burner guards are made of 304 stainless steel and provide ample coverage for even heat distribution from the burners. The ^ shape of the flame guards causes grease to quickly evaporate, preventing flare-ups. The two-stage design provides additional protection by ensuring that drippings evaporate even between each burner. Each guard has an opening that allows you to see which burners are lit from the grill surface.
