The heart of this luxurious electric machine consists of two separately controllable heating elements with a total power of 6,000 watts. The two thermostats heat up to a baking temperature of up to 370°C in just 15 minutes. This makes achieving perfect browning marks and delicious baked delicacies easy and simple.

For comparison: The most powerful electric grills currently available offer between 1,800 and 3,000 watts or 5,400 watts for three-phase grills and griddles.

With Bluetooth digital thermometer and smart control

The Fire Magic Echelon has a black glass control panel with built-in digital thermostats. From here you can easily adjust all temperature settings, monitor the temperature in the barbecue and the internal temperature of your food, as well as configure all timer and alarm functions.

For even greater convenience, the Electric EL500i connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Using the smartphone app, you can control the Fire Magic grill from the comfort of your sofa and effortlessly adjust all important temperature settings.

The included meat thermometer connects to the right side of the control panel and is inserted into the barbecue. While the probe measures the internal temperature of, for example, roast beef, the temperature can be conveniently read on the illuminated LED display or directly on your smartphone.

To minimize heat loss during grilling, the EL500i features a large Magic View window built into the lid. This allows you to easily monitor your food as it cooks without having to open the lid.
