This grill, among other things, has two sides. Thanks to its special design, it provides a perfect grill marks when placed on the standard, pointed side of the grid. By grilling the food on the grooved side, most of the juices are returned to the food for additional flavoring, while less fat drips to the burners and flare ups are reduced.
