The Fornetto 18″ Razzo Pro Black is the improved version of the Fornetto Razzo 18″. This smokehouse was created by true professionals who have translated all their preferences and experience into this magnificent unit. Stackable baskets, grill trays and hanging hooks mean you can smoke, bake, steam or grill with excellent results. With the middle sections removed it makes a great little portable charcoal grill!

Added extras include wheels for easy maneuverability, a larger access door, access points for remote thermometer probes, a convenient thermometer stand, the option to add a hood and dividers in the charcoal basket. Everything a serious chef could want.
