The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Digital Charcoal Grill and Smoker helps redefine charcoal cooking, creating the ability to smoke, grill, sear or cook at a low temperature with its innovative GravityFed™ charcoal hopper. This hopper holds over 12 hours of gravity fed charcoal or briquettes for constant fuel addition to the fire. You do not need to remove the charcoal after each use.

Simply load the hopper with briquettes or charcoal, light the fire, then set the desired temperature on the digital control panel or smart device using the Masterbuilt app. The variable speed DigitalFan ™ will then maintain the cooking temperature at the required level as the digitally controlled fan moves the airflow from the hopper to the cooking chamber to give full temperature control. The Masterbuilt app also happens to be a fantastic resource for recipes, as well as all kinds of information on mastering the art of smoking, grilling, and more.

When the lid or hopper door is open, built-in safety features immediately stop the fan, and the lid switch monitors the grill to maintain the correct cooking temperature when open.
